These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between c7bd ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user ("you", "member") — who accesses c7bd's website or mobile version or uses any of its services.

By registering on the c7bd platform or beginning to use any of its services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you disagree with any term, please refrain from using the platform.

c7bd reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect from the date they are published. Users are advised to review this page regularly.

1.1 Age Restriction

All c7bd services are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. Creating an account or using the platform on behalf of any minor is strictly prohibited. If information provided at registration is found to be false, c7bd reserves the right to immediately close the relevant account.

1.2 Geographic Applicability

c7bd operates primarily as an online entertainment platform for users in Bangladesh. Users are responsible for confirming that accessing such services is lawful in their location. Compliance with laws applicable in your area is entirely your own responsibility.

1.3 One Account Policy

Each user may create and operate only one account. If a single individual is found to hold multiple accounts, c7bd reserves the right to suspend or cancel all associated accounts and forfeit any stored balance.

2.1 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

At registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details — all of these must be genuine. c7bd may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are personally liable for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify c7bd support immediately.

2.3 Right to Suspend or Close an Account

c7bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• Evidence of bonus or promotion abuse.
• Use of a false identity by the user.
• Transfer of account ownership to a third party.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

c7bd currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Transactions through any method outside this list will not be accepted.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Requests for deposits or withdrawals below these amounts will not be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

c7bd generally processes withdrawal requests within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, delays may occur due to identity verification or technical reasons. Withdrawals must be sent to a verified payment account registered in your name.

3.4 Right to Reject Transactions

c7bd may suspend or reject any deposit or withdrawal in cases of suspected fraud, pending account verification, or any breach of these Terms. In such cases, you are advised to contact the support team.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

c7bd offers a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳12,000 gives a maximum ৳8,000 bonus — total balance ৳20,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x — applied on the bonus amount only (not including the deposit). Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

4.3 General Terms for Bonus Use

• Each new account is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable after wagering requirements are completed.
• If evidence of multiple accounts or bonus abuse is found, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• c7bd reserves the right to change the terms of any promotion or cancel it entirely.
• If bonus terms are changed, the previous terms will continue to apply to any bonus already active.

4.4 VIP Cashback Program

c7bd has four VIP tiers, each with a weekly cashback reward:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher tier depends on the user's activity and usage on the platform. Wagering requirements may also apply to VIP cashback.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

c7bd is committed to ensuring a safe and fair entertainment environment. The platform uses SSL encryption and verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. All game outcomes are determined independently, and neither c7bd nor any user can influence the results.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games using bots, automated software, or scripts.
• Collusion or gaining unfair advantage through coordinated cheating.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors (bugs or glitches) in games.

If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect. A delay or waiver in enforcing any clause of the Terms does not constitute abandonment of that clause.
